I was ripped off here last week. The black lady at the counter insisted that I can't use my brand new plain white envelope to send a simple letter! She insisted that I purchase a Fedex envelope which costed me $8 and about $3 to make the font better on the letter. Not the first time this have happened to me at this location either. They were insisting to sell me a box previously to return an item and they were claiming that THE BOX THEY DELIVERED THE ITEM IN WASN'T ENOUGH!!!
The old ladies Tammy treat all customers so bad ,she forget the reason why she work on customer service she looks like mad don't hi no body is terrible.
The associate that said she's from New York is not friendly, whoever owns this FedEx needs to talk to her about attitude and professionalism. The only reason I go there because FedEx is the only option. UPS is better!

Honestly really disappointing service. I have never written a bad review in my life, but this one was one of the rudest encounters I have experienced. One of the ladies at the counter (light purple hair) was extremely rude and unhelpful for no reason when I experienced an issue with printing. She offered no way of helping, and couldn’t even offer a reasonable solution when the pages didn’t print correctly.
