Long time customer and very disappointed lately. They have changed how you are charged on the computers. You have to invest in $5 increments to use. Then I guess the portion not used, goes back on your card. I don’t really know, as it’s all very confusing now. I just had to print one page this weekend. And all the security stuff it put me through, just to get on email, used my whole $5. To print ONE PAGE! And didn’t even get the page, bc money ran out. I just said, Forget It and left!! What a scam!!
