The staff was able to print all of our last minute materials for a very important meeting perfectly. The manager, Stephanie, even delivered it to our nearby hotel because she knew we needed it quickly. I highly recommend this location!!

Unprofessional Handling & Unresolved Delivery Issue My experience with this shipment was extremely frustrating. According to the tracking details, the package was dropped into a parcel locker, but I was never sent the access PIN code required to open it When I reached out to customer support to get this sorted, instead of taking ownership or helping resolve the issue, I was just passed around with no actual solution.
