Very reliable service, good job
I was great when it was Kinko's not so much anymore.
I am normally super anxious when it comes to post office/shipment centers because I don’t find myself inside them very often, so I don’t know all the processes and procedures. I went to return a package that shipped via FedEx just now at this location. The woman behind the desk noticed me trying to figure things out at the kiosk, and she offered to help walk me through the process. Andrew is possibly the greatest FedEx employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with! He was sweet, kind, and quite accommodating (despite the rush order I had placed on him). Couldn’t recommend him enough. He is the epitome of people who work in the service industry.
