Terrible service! This morning I went to drop off a package, and the two people working there seemed completely uninterested. They ignored me, and I ended up having to take my package back home. They should hire people who actually enjoy serving customers, who are friendly and attentive. I wasted 25 minutes trying to drop off a box. I waited for them to open, only for them to not even bother helping me.

The manager (or one of them, I'm not sure how many there are) here is consistently very rude and does not know how to speak to people

I’ve been here only twice but both times were great. I visited last night before closing and a gentleman greeted me as I walked in and took care of my return right away. I was only in there maybe 1-2 minutes. They really have great people working here who are helpful, polite, have manners and are great at their jobs. Keep up the fantastic work. I can see how important customer service is to you all

Be careful they stole $460 worth of auto parts that I paid to have sent back to the Sonic company they denied my claim even though I have receipts to show I brought it there. And the so called lady in the office is a real class act.
