I had just wrapped up my conference and wasn’t sure if my luggage was over the airline weight limit. The staff was very welcoming and let me check my bag’s weight ahead of time. They gave me the chance to make a few adjustments and reweigh it, which I really appreciated. I’m very grateful for their help and the recommendations they provided—great customer service all around.
CAITY! Holly and Grace were PHENOMENAL today. They went above and beyond for my team and I to print some urgent items. Caity spent countless extra time helping me re-position some graphics as well as fix one problem after the next that came up. I can't thank you all enough for really caring about your customers.
