Absolute 5 star experience at this fedex with Alicia! She was so helpful, kind and pleasant to work with for my package pickup. I had several large items delivered to the busy convention center and she assisted me with locating them and sending them down to the trade show floor. I appreciate her help and am so glad my conference week is off to a good start because of her!
No customer service whatsoever. Never delivers on time. Most expensive service. Can never get anyone on the phone or chat. FedUp with FedEx. Worst carrier in the business.

I just had the worst experience at UPS and the journey I went on to get here was well worth it, the service alone honestly made my day. This FedEx is inside the Gaylord Palms but it’s a beautiful building and seriously a scenic route to a pleasant experience. They went above and beyond to help me, and even offered me magnets to put my vision board on the fridge. They said they can make it directly on a magnet too but I liked how this one printed.
