Act like they don't want to work.
I recently sold a vintage 8-track tape player on ebay. It was in near-perfect condition and worth hundreds of dollars. I took it to the FedEx office in Dierberg's at Telegraph Road and Gephardt for shipping. (The FedEx location in Diergerg's is somehow associated with the office in Walmart at 3270 Telegraph Road.) The machine was in pristine condition when I turned it over to FedEx, and there is no note of any previous damage on my receipt or on the shipping label. Last week I needed some documents faxed, copied, downloaded, etc which was all "time-sensitive". Again, I had the pleasure of employee "Janet" help me with all the above. Not only does Janet help me (customer) she does it with kindness and professionalism. I am always blessed when I need to go to Fed-Ex office when I see that Janet is working!
