Quick. Very helpful! Great for last minute projects.
I show up 40 minutes before closing. I have a package to ship, the person at the counter tells me that they have too many other packages to process and they cannot help me. And referred me to go to a different FedEx location. There is only one other customer in there who is picking up a package. That to me is pretty bad customer service if you ask me, I can understand if I walked in five minutes till closing, but 40 minutes? By no means do I expect my package to go out today but you could at least accept it.
