Prices were reasonable & friendly atmosphere
Quick. Very helpful! Great for last minute projects.
I show up 40 minutes before closing. I have a package to ship, the person at the counter tells me that they have too many other packages to process and they cannot help me. And referred me to go to a different FedEx location. There is only one other customer in there who is picking up a package. That to me is pretty bad customer service if you ask me, I can understand if I walked in five minutes till closing, but 40 minutes? By no means do I expect my package to go out today but you could at least accept it.
“Be back soon” stuck on door during open office hours. Super in convenient as customers are unable to tell what soon means. Call before you come to this location or better yet go to UPS instead.
