Lady Stephney was very rude and not helping giving very rude attitude and saying I am manager here . Charged me extra money for 10 copies I printed only 4 copies and then she said oo I thought it is 10 copies but again she charges me more because she said it for our service $3 ..
I always have a great experience at the FedEx Newbridge location in Hicksville, NY. The staff here are professional, courteous, and very efficient. They go out of their way to make the process smooth, whether it’s shipping a package, printing, or handling more complex requests. The Hicksville FedEx location is outstanding! Omar and Justin were a huge help during my visit. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and handled everything with efficiency and care. It really felt like they wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. Great customer service like this is hard to come by, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location because of them.
Great experience! Thank you to Omar at this FedEx store. He was incredibly helpful when I came in to return a rug I had “creatively” wrapped in Saran Wrap. He didn’t bat an eye, just found a solution right away…he even tried a bag first and then rewrapped it in something sturdier. Honestly, just super kind and went above and beyond.
I have never been to this FedEx and had a terrible experience. As a matter of fact, EVERY employee has been extremely helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and patient while I make my choices. I always have great experiences with the managers, but today's was the best. I picked up an order that turned out beautifully.
