I have been giving them business for a few years now. Each time I cannot upload files to the site, they tell me to email it. I emailed in two postcard jobs (2000 cards) and ask if they can do it by end of day. They said yes and I asked the price. I was told she would call me back and without calling me, they charged my card - instead of my normal $550 - $3112.00. When i saw the charge over the weekend the staff and supervisor both said it was my fault that I didn't send it via canva. And canva doesnt even have a 4x6 option. ... read more
