They say my box is not good for shipping, and they want to charge me 8.58 For a New Box my box was very small this is ridiculous

I rarely do reviews out of my own, but this employee deserves a shoutout. I was bringing this big heavy box (car headlights vland) and he rushed to the door to help me out before i even step into the parking lot. He helped me opening the doors and carrying the package: far and beyond excellent customer service. was done in 2 minutes flat. had to make this review because ive seen such poor reviews and maybe there are bad employees or experiences but this employee went above and beyond in customer service and great person in g... read more
