I ship my parcel and they open it when it comes to mexico and its missing the other piece of my parcel and they ask for 50 more in the receiver but its still missing the other piece
Dropped off a package. Staff was fast, helpful and polite. Store looked clean and organized.
Totally unhelpful. They couldn't deliver twice so we came to pick up a package. The associate was rude and would not accept that we live in an apartment and our mailing address is different from our physical address. Even though we had multiple forms of ID AND a recept for the package
I received outstanding service from Francesco. He has assisted me several times for mailing packages. He is very professional, friendly and respectful. He's gone the extra mile several times. Finding a better box for my item to return to a company. Having patience with me when I had just lost a dear loved one. When I was upset that the USPS kept losing the mail I had sent.
