In the past 1.5 years, I've shipped over 1000 packages. Every single one of them were in factory boxes wrapped in thick brown shipping paper w/ FedEx label attached. This morning, I had approximately 10 packages and was in Myrtle Beach so I stopped here to ship. The female worker said that FedEx doesn't take packages wrapped in this brown paper. Went here for the 1st time on Monday May 4th 2026 with my mom. We actually needed to return an amazon package and had to do it through Fed Ex for some reason. But it's okay! good to have options! This place was easy to find as it is in the same area as a Target, and Lowes Home improvement store. easy to find parking as well. Entered, and did have to wait in line for a bit, but there was 2 associates working, and the line seemed to move quickly.
