I went to this location with a print job (a memorial for my son who had just passed away). Francesco, the associate who waited on me was very kind, patient and sympathetic. Fedex did an excellent job and I just wanted say what a wonderful employee you have there. Thank you, Francesco (and I hope I spelled your name correctly).
I had a document emailed to me and had not used FedEx office store in a very long time. I asked a gentleman named Chris for assistance, and he handed me a card and had me forward the email. Kayla called me to the desk to pay for a single piece of paper printed for $3.55. She stated there was a $2.50 surcharge for behind the desk service. Chris never stated there was an option. Thank you Kayla for you friendly service. Because of Chris - I'll drive home and print it out next time and avoid Fedex altogether.
