Called the store about a package that was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, the representative I talked to was very rude and refused to help because the address was wrong(that was the reason I called in the first place). I then tried asking for the manager multiple times and was denied repeatedly.

Online says this location does renewal of passports. It only does the required photos. Nothing else.

Whew! Finally found it, and it is INSIDE the Walmart building at the far L end. And yes, this IS listed on the Internet. Jose was fantastic, patient, and professional as he explained all my options for an overnight letter. Along with a caring attitude for this slowing old man, he was genuinely attuned to my needs.
