Absolute horrible service, watched one of the drivers throwing packages into the back of his truck, and then they tossed mine down even though it had fragile all over it, when it was finally delivered just 2 states away, it looked like they threw it off a roof or dropped it out of a vehicle on the highway, I'll be informing every business and person I can of this and to never use fedex, rather UPS.
I needed to contact someone about something specific and the number always sends me to the national customer service number. UPS actually sends me to the store employees.
Avoid if you don't have hours to wait. Could improve their efficiency of how they see customers when one has lots of needs.
I’ve printed the same document every month for the past 3 years at this location. Usually it’s a simple and easy experience. Reyna, the only person working at this time, was upset when I needed the document reprinted because there were many words cut off. I was told that it was my documents fault and that there’s nothing they can do without charging me to reprint. Once again, I’ve done those same document dozens of times without an issue.
