Phoebe was fantastic! I had an urgent deadline to print about 20 copies of three different sales booklets for a very important meeting. I was able to get them in midday, and pick them up by the end of the day. She was wrapping them up as I walked in and confirmed if they were needed by end of day. When I said, yes, she said she would be sure to make it happen and asked for a few minutes to complete them. She was working by herself and helping a few customers when I walked in. I visit this location regularly for work and it's always a pleasure to see Bob there, he and his team are all wonderful! If I had an opportunity to visit a different location I would go out of my way to visit this particular store. They're all phenomenal.

I was having a really hard day and came to this store to drop off a package. I was received by Bob who made a joke to me that made me smile, then I read on his tag that he's the manager, and thought to myself: "Wow, I would love to work on a office with a manager like Bob". He helped me to ship my package, I was missing some information and he gladly helped. He thanked me for my visit, and I left feeling so much better. This store is my favorite store! Always have been. And now that we have Bob the new manager I am completely thrilled. Bob helped me send a package that I had to initiate from FedEx.com. The lady at the Manchester store helped me to a point but then I couldn’t find the downloaded document on my phone. I must of spent over an hour at that store. I took my phone to the ATT store to see if they could find the doc and they couldn’t. Finally I stopped in at the Ellisville store on Clarkson Rd and Bob knew exactly what to do and wh... read more

I actually love this store so it pained me to give it 1 star. The employees have always been so kind and friendly until about 2 weeks ago, there was a new employee and she was super unfriendly. It’s almost as if her having to do her job was annoying to her. I have shipped items twice with her and I dread going in there if she’s working. In a business of customer service she is making a great store not so great.
