I was last here in mid-July. My experience was poor. I wanted to take some time to reflect on the incident before reaching out, but given the severity of the behavior, I felt it necessary to speak up. Very rude manager and people except one woman she was knowledgeable and kind. Manager basically refused to help and had very strange attitude towards customer. The tracking showed I dropped package at 5:22pm at Ellisville location where I dropped my package and after 7 minutes it was updated that it’s in Maplewood MO, that gave me impression it is still in Ellisville they just say it’s in Maplewood that is over 30 minutes away and not possible to reach after 7 minutes, therefore I told manager at this location it’s maybe sti... read more

If I can give it 0 star I will. Not single time I can finish a simple drop off within 10 min … manager is rude bad staff are not trained at all

I stopped in 7/9/26 to drop off a pre-labeled envelope. The woman on staff was unable to take my pre-labeled evelope. She explained to me that she had never seen an envelope like it and didn't know what to do with it. I asked if anyone else could assist me and she explained that her boss had left, she was there alone and not fully trained. Unacceptable.
