Dana and Brandi helped me out today. Extremely kind and accommodating. They helped with my printing project, quickly and got it done. I for one truly appreciate kind and helpful customer service and they delivered above that. Thank you.
BEWARE! Don’t trust FedEx with your packages. Seems like a bunch of thieves working there. Pay more and go with UPS. Claims are never handled well. You can’t reach customer service over the phone. Stores will only direct you to call a number that is automated. You will send tons of emails to get a response and no resolution. Large package 68lbs stopped tracking. Now I’m out of shipping costs and $400+ which I have to refund the buyer
Nicole the "manager" who was there today is easily the rudest person I have ever encountered at this Fedex location. I have been going to this location for YEARS sending the same exact type of item over and over again. Today Nicole wanted to fight about what I brought in which was a paintball marker. Her attitude was not only unprofessional she also was extremely unknowlegable of Fedex rules and when met with any questions on my end she grew angrier.
