The customer service can be hit or miss with the female employees at this location A few of them lack professionalism and common courtesy I utilize fedex services for my business (but certainly I can deal directly with fedex Livonia and Grosse Pointe locations always provide exceptional customer service) rather than Westland a third party whose employees are sassy and unconcerned about the importance of the customers shipping matters.
Chuck was the GREATEST! He explained and showed me how to download the files I needed to print onto Drive. Then, he walked me through every step with the printer. I appreciate you!

I received great customer service from a young lady. She was very helpful and packed a great deal of patience with me and I appreciated that. She also help me understand the shipping process, fees and different packaging items to use. Customer service like that is hard to find.
This is a amazing place to get shipping done at! All of the workers are super nice and help you with whatever you need help with! The lady named Brandi was really sweet and quickly got my package shipped! 😊
