Just an all around horrible company. Iv had several issues with them over the years. I have had packages show up damaged, ripped open and hell…not even show up at all. Any how, I ordered a tire from Walmart and it was being shipped to my house, I get an email saying that it’s delivered so I checked the email to see where they left it, and I find that a box was delivered…a box…not a tire. Huge shoutout to Colman and Taylor, who helped me through the most stressful situation of my life with figuring out how to send some important paperwork internationally and under a time crunch. I was able to use a computer there to generate an international return label with Taylor’s help, which would have been super complicated to do on my own. It keeps on getting delayed because of “severe weather”, when there’s only heat advisory’s.
I find shipping packages stressful and Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. Thank you!
