Lost my package and customer service would not help me out. They transferred me over to a shipping department who just told me to once again contact the store. Eventually, I went to file a claim on fedex.com and it would not accept my tracking number.
Just an all around horrible company. Iv had several issues with them over the years. I have had packages show up damaged, ripped open and hell…not even show up at all. Any how, I ordered a tire from Walmart and it was being shipped to my house, I get an email saying that it’s delivered so I checked the email to see where they left it, and I find that a box was delivered…a box…not a tire. So I get home from work and take a look and see that the box actually should be delivered to a man….get this… a man 2 towns away from my re... read more
