I shipped FedEx from them 9/19/24 and 10/7/24 package still not received. I call and it goes to corporate and they say I need to physically drive to the store to get my tracking number information.
Very kind and speedy staff. I needed my label printed and they did that free of charge when I emailed them the PDF. I allocated 10 minutes of my schedule to be there and I was in and out in 2 minutes. I am very impressed and will make sure to use this as my main shipping location moving forward.

The employees here are dreary, miserable, dull, rude, and utterly unhelpful. Don’t waste your time here; go anywhere elsewhere. There are multiple UPS stores in the nearby area, and also another FedEx location a couple miles down the street. Corporate should close this location - it’s redundant and unpleasant to visit.
