Everything was really great. The rep explained the whole process to me, so it made me feel confident in shipping my priority package. I arrived at 2:20 in the afternoon and there was no line.
A FedEx driver come flying into our residential neighborhood past the house and it took another house for him to stop that's how fast he was going. He turns around and exits just as fast. I called to file a complaint and I'm told we have no control over our drivers. Are you kidding me you hire them you train them but you have no control over their attitude and their behavior. I asked for my posters to be laminated and they teared one from the few posters. It seems as though they knew they ripped it and placed the teared poster in the middle.
