Staff gave me a quote over the phone for printing and surcharge for labor. I get there, check in with a staff member and had the file sent over. Staff member goes in the back and disappears for 10+ minutes. I start the inquiry process over again with a different team member and she gives me a completely different quote from the first guy. A mark up of over 50%. Ended up wasting time and energy
