Worst service ever, I always ship with fedex but the old white man that is always working here has a really bad attitude and seems like he didn’t want to help with my shipment. Really bad customer service and a lot of waiting time.
I drove an hour to arrive at a closed store during normal business operations claiming someone had to go to lunch. This system and policy networking set up is absolutely ridiculous across-the-board with all of these companies. We’re all getting sick of this shit.
This location is absolutely the worst! I was told they would hold my package till I could get there at 5FedEx! When I arrived at 5:30pm they told me they have already shipped my package back to the sender and refused to help me. When I contacted the 1 800 number they did nothing to help me. Last time I use fedex!
John helped me navigate a super tricky situation sending back a large lithium battery. He was super helpful and pointed me in the right direction to take care of it. Thank you so much!!
