Was on break for an hour when we arrived.
I always have issues when shipping a prepaid label. They just send me away. The dollor general just scans my packages and they're done.

John was quite helpful! I called ahead of placing my order to get help on items to consider, sizes, paper, availability of what I needed to have printed. He was quite helpful with suggestions and even layout to insure the edges were going to be appropriate for bleed cuts. He had to source the supplies for me with his other stores which he offered to call. I had a problem with a printing order. The store representative, John, went out of his way to make it right. He even hand delivered it to my home. Wow! THAT is customer service.
