John was quite helpful! I called ahead of placing my order to get help on items to consider, sizes, paper, availability of what I needed to have printed. He was quite helpful with suggestions and even layout to insure the edges were going to be appropriate for bleed cuts. He had to source the supplies for me with his other stores which he offered to call. I had a problem with a printing order. The store representative, John, went out of his way to make it right. He even hand delivered it to my home. Wow! THAT is customer service.
The gentlemen who helped me efficient and extra nice.
So friendly and helpful. John the manager assisted me and was so pleasant. He made the process of returning an item a breeze.
