Jan 31st 2026, 10:12am store not opened. No sign on the window, it says Saturday hours is 10am open. Called FedEx , no human customer service except automated text message about store hours. I know the store hours but I don't know what to do if store is closed and nobody can help me.
Very arrogant and wont accept drop offs. Fedex facility manager needs to look into this. This is a total rip off. Just dont visit this store. Adding photo of the representative. If you dont have space just shut the store and dont accept from anyone. Pure waste of time. Just scrolling the phone and no time to work is how the representative is in this store.
Professional and fast service, especially considering there was 1 employee at the time.
