I have used this location several times. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
The service here is terrible! The female staff is rude, and the manager is completely irresponsible. Never send any important items or documents through this place—seriously!! You’ll experience the ultimate level of irresponsibility, If you send something and it goes wrong.

I have had good service from this location in the past, but not today. I walked in needing to ship a laptop and showed it to the guy. I asked for a standard 12x17x3 box, he asked his associate for that size, they came back with a 23x17x12 box. I asked if this was the right size and it was confirmed. They were not happy when they had to help provide some tap and paper for this extra large box that I did not want. Went to checkout and guess what, the box price went from the $2 that I thought it'd be, to $14. And my shipping sh... read more
