The lady working there has horrible customer service. I went there to print . She gave me little guidance and acted as if she didn’t want to help me out . I would never go there again.
Lousy service from the manager at this branch. FedEx accidentally printed additional copies of my item (an error on their part) and instead of letting me keep the extras and find some purpose for it, the manager was smug and said that she would be shredding it since I didn’t pay for them. The printing was already done, why waste them other than petty behavior? Way to lose a repeat customer. Arrived at 3:05p on a Saturday and was surprised to find a "on lunch, will be back at 3:15" sign. Meherete promptly opened the doors at 3:15p on the dot. She later explained 1 employee is in charge on Saturdays and they have to close doors til they return from lunch. 5 stars to Meherete for being friendly and punctual 🤙
The people who work here are super helpful and it's a clean location. Meherete went above and beyond to help me get my project sorted out.
Sitting outside this place and it’s not open yet. It’s 8:45am. Are they aware that most business professionals are working by 7:00am? This isn’t France, guys.
