In all my years going to FedEx, I've never met someone as kind, attentive, and patient as Toby (Best). It made my shipping experience extremely pleasant.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
My experience with Best and Richard was absolutely amazing. I came in at the last minute needing a poster printed, and even though I had made a mistake with my font size, Best was incredibly patient and determined to help me figure it out. His calm, respectful demeanor never changed for a moment — even if he was frustrated, you would never know.
