Zero customer service skills and no work ethics. I was there to print shipping labels and drop off 2 packages. There was a customer already at the self-serve station, so I walked up to the counter for help as the employee does it a lot faster. The lady inside the counter was chatting with another employee. This lady asked me if I need help. I said, 'can you print the labels for me? There is one customer at the self-serve'. What ever happened to customer service? Just terrible.
I dropped my package last time. And the guy who works over there, he asked me what's in the box, and I said a return. But when the box arrived at samsung tradein enter, they said the box was empty. Someone stole the phone. Very sketchy business practice.
If I could give zero stars I would. 2 African American girls working this Tuesday evening. One girl says out loud as if there was no customers in the store. "it's 5 jobs in the queue to be printed and it's not happening today. The other girl says it's going to be just me, so you know it's not going to be done. Yet do you, 3 of those jobs are mine, so just because you don't want to work and your at work, I can't get my job done. Very sorry. They have 0 customer service skills.
