Hello I recently visited 4407 highway 6 77478 FedEx, when I arrived i was greeted by employee Laroya. She was very knowledgeable and informative about Fedex. Laroya helped me get my packages to where I needed them to go and took care of my companies product with care thank you so much ma'am.
I frequently visit this FedEx store several times a week, and I consistently receive great customer service. The store is usually very busy in the afternoons, but the staff does an excellent job managing the crowds while remaining professional and helpful. I have never had any issues during my visits, and I truly appreciate the friendly and efficient service. I will continue using this location, even when they are busy.
