Had a terrible experience at this location here with the staff. Their printers weren’t reading my usb to print a document. The staff also tried and it didn’t work. She offered to print it behind the counter. Later she charged an additional fee for printing behind the counter. Had she told me prior to charging me, I wouldn’t have agreed and just printed elsewhere. She said my USB was broken but my USB was actually brand new and it worked on the printer behind the counter. Wasn’t a fair charge on FedEx’s end.

I had the worst experience at this location. Laroya, one of the employees, repeatedly lied to me saying my order was cancelled when I showed her that my printing order was done according to the FedEx confirmation email. I explained to her that maybe it was in the back because I spoke to someone on the phone to confirm my order was being printed.
