The guy with the long beard and glasses is a scammer. I clearly told him three times that I wanted Ground shipping which is the cheapest option. Instead, he used 2-Day Express for both packages. Shipping one piece of clothing cost $35, and shipping a very small item cost $12. I’m extremely upset about this.
Had the best service at this location. I think her name is YaYa.. she was patient, kind and went above and beyond to help me with my documents. Really appreciate this level of customer service
The staff was lovely and willing to help me when I asked; however I tried to buy a box and it was 12 dollars. PER box. That's an insanely high price for ONE box, so I went to a different store instead and I recommend others do as well.
I had 4 documents to print from my phone. I kept getting an error when trying to send them to the printer. I went to the parking garage and retrieved my USB cord and tried to hook the phone directly to the printer, that didn't work. The employees offered no help, no reasons why it wasn't working, no here let's try this or that. No here, let me take it behind the counter and hook it up to one of computers and see if we can download them to it and then print. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the employees.
