I had 4 documents to print from my phone. I kept getting an error when trying to send them to the printer. I went to the parking garage and retrieved my USB cord and tried to hook the phone directly to the printer, that didn't work. The employees offered no help, no reasons why it wasn't working, no here let's try this or that. No here, let me take it behind the counter and hook it up to one of computers and see if we can download them to it and then print. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the employees. I am extremely grateful to Daniel for his assistance today. I ordered three posters to be printed and foam-mounted, and I needed them as quickly as possible. No other service could accommodate my same-day request, but after speaking with Daniel, he confirmed that he would help me. Daniel was incredibly patient and helpful. The customer service he provided is definitely worthy of five stars. The staff here genuinely cares about your projects and will do everything they can to meet your timeline. I highly recommend this store!
FedEx has the worst systems, every time I try to do anything with FedEx it always ends in frustration. Printing machine makes no sense, it’s difficult to work with, extremely time consuming, and it charges you an outrageous amount of money. You try to scan documents, only after scanning 10 pages it tells you you’ve run out of “credits” and have to start over again. Why do you use a prepaid credit system? Very unimpressed with the assistant manager, Jonathan. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, but his delivery to customers could improve. Training needed.
