Went in to get a package and was turned away because we didn’t have a document with the home address. We were told we had an additional two days to pick up the package but we were not given a time on the second day that our package would be shipped back to sender. Two days later next representative only asked for a tracking number which we would have had the first time. Our package was returned to sender on the second day and now we are without an important package for an undefined period of time. Very disappointing.
