Didn’t ship my package
I normally don’t post at all, especially negative reviews but this tipped the scales for me. I had to have a package redirected here because I wouldn’t be home to sign for the package. They close at 6 which isn’t all that convenient but wouldn’t normally be a problem. But the traffic was especially bad tonight as I’m sure many could attest to. I had some business documents printed and they came out weird with the logo, which had a transparency, printed a weird color over the grey background. I'm not sure what the name of the person that helped me was, but they worked on getting the PDF to print properly until it looked correct. They went out of their way to ensure I got what I needed and they were happy to do it. I couldn't have asked for anything more, other than to have the PDF originally print like it shows on the screen, but I don't think that's their fault. I... read more
