I gave the employee a sticky note with the address on it to make sure no mistakes would be made. However, it went to the wrong address. It was finally returned to my home address and then I had to pay again to remail it.
Great customer service.
Tried to get in touch with a human being to get my daughter’s heart medicine shipped out overnight and they’re terrible phone system would not connect me to a human being. I will not use FedEx anymore and will only use UPS
Mon-Fri only... Great schedule to run a business. Only reason I even tried to use them was for phone returns so I didn't have a choice. Just a nice reminder why I dont use these guys
