Went in with my daughter to print and bind a Mother’s Day gift. The female member of staff who served us was so courteous and kind - felt compelled to leave this review. Great service
Extremely frustrating experience. I was the first one waiting, along with two other customers who walked in after me, and we were completely ignored. No greeting, no eye contact, and no direction on where to stand. One customer even left because of it. The employee with the nice hair was helping an elderly customer and he did a great job and eventually helped me, but the other two female employees (one wearing a pink shirt) the other with red ish hair never acknowledged any of us. Emil was great today! I went into FedEx to pick up a package, but it hadn’t arrived yet. Emil was quick to greet me as soon as I arrived, and he gave me some good tips on when to return to check on my package. I was pleasantly surprised that he called me as soon as the package got there. I felt his proactiveness saved me a trip from driving across town and his friendly demeanor. Brought a smile to my day.
Wow! I needed a sign made ASAP and Angel was a massive help! He told me exactly what to do and made sure I had the sign ready by noon the next day! Angel is an angel! Thank you!
