I go here monthly to send a cold shipment (not dry ice) to colleagues. I would have to say that usually I can arrive and have it done rather quickly. It really depends on the employee- I think they might struggle to have the best and most efficient staff at times. However, it almost always gets done it a timely way, with very few lines on Tuesday mornings. They charged me $500 more than the receipts they gave me at the store. Thanks to the timely responses of the employees at the store, finally I got the refund. I called and sent emails to the store but they couldn't help. I called the FedEx customer service multiple times on multiple days but they said they would check. It took many days ...
BEWARE!! The store gave me the receipts of $800 but then FedEx finally charged me $1300. They denied my billing adjustment request due to their terms of service!! They charged me $500 more than the receipts they gave me at the store. I called and sent emails to the store but they couldn't help. I called the FedEx customer service multiple times on multiple days but they said they would check. It's has been many days and no resolutions.
