Emil was great today! I went into FedEx to pick up a package, but it hadn’t arrived yet. Emil was quick to greet me as soon as I arrived, and he gave me some good tips on when to return to check on my package. I was pleasantly surprised that he called me as soon as the package got there. I felt his proactiveness saved me a trip from driving across town and his friendly demeanor. Brought a smile to my day.
Wow! I needed a sign made ASAP and Angel was a massive help! He told me exactly what to do and made sure I had the sign ready by noon the next day! Angel is an angel! Thank you!
The folks at the store are so nice and helpful. They helped me without even being asked.
Decent place. Both, they do not… I repeat they do NOT Do any toner or printer ink/cartridge recycling (Although according to Google maps they do… I phoned just now and they do not do anything like that…. Depressing that they don’t do it and also that Google is wrong)
An employee here incorrectly labeled my international package which got it stopped at customs for a week and cost me $116 and countless hours on the phone with five different customer support departments (US, international, Canada, etc) who were not at all helpful.
