I walked in to mail an envelope overnight. There was a line, but I didn't have to wait long at all. Jesse was very patient with me. Options were given: overnight, 2 Day and signature required.Jesse told me to check that the address was correct. I am relieved the envelope will be received tomorrow by 10am. Thank you! There is a free lot in the back, entrance on 10th. There is also metered parking on Wilshire.
Nice staff but the lines are long. There are more workers but they don’t open more kiosks when the line is long. And the self serve ship and go wasn’t working
Absolutely terrible customer service. No one at front desk when multiple people were waiting in line. When I asked if anyone were available to help me, an employee proceeded to yell at me for making the inquiry and ignored my request for assistance
I used to avoid this location due to poor customer service, but my experience today completely changed my mind. The energy in the store is completely different now. I was greeted warmly when I walked in, and the entire team was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Even the gentleman in the printing section—who seemed overworked in the past—went out of his way to offer me a bag for my copies and asked if I needed assistance.
