Jo Jo was extremely helpful with my shipping needs. She was professional, smiled & gave me excellent customer service. I had to send multiple boxes to ship to Scottsdale.
Absolutely excruciating. Nothing works, manager responds with apathetic nonchalance.

Absolutely impossible to get ahold of this location. I had a package held here while I was on vacation. After 20 min on the phone with Fedex they assured me it would be held an additional day at this location until I returned. But instead they shipped the order back to the sender.
