I recently had a terrible experience working with the FedEx in Draper trying to get something printed where they changed the date and price on me at the last minute (doubling the price they originally quoted). I felt it was an issue with the personnel and management and not FedEx so I called the FedEx in sandy. They quoted me the same as the other FedEx but then said there was also a 20% discount available to save me even more money. They said they could have it done the next morning. I really dislike that Everytime I ship something they want to know what s inside. UPS or USPS never asks me this. They also ask "is everything packed well" no, I loosely jammed something in there and I'm hoping it just falls out.
