Thanks for absolutely nothing. Ordered 2 day shipping and it went through a FedEx here and now it's going to be 5 days out and nothing. I hate FedEx so damn much I wish we had other options. Total scam!

Want to give a shout out for today’s great customer service! I was having issues with my documents for self printing so Mason stepped in to help me. He charged me the cheaper self printing price even though he helped, and he made me aware of a discount I didn’t know about. Staff is always respectful, store is always clean, all around great service.

Stopped in to send a very important fax for my business. Always hesitant to send faxes with sensitive information on them. Needless to say, coming into this, I was already a bit nervous. Then…….I met Katelyn. What a good person. She was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Working with her put me at ease instantly. Called CUSTOMER SERVICE (not the store the store employees are awesome) and spoke with Danny 4 different times cause I kept getting transferred back to him long story short was on the phone for over an hour and they had me on hold for a CLOSED DEPARTMENT FedEx please contact me ASAP I have my proof of receipt please and thank you update I called again today!!!! October 8th spoke with Mariana and she hung up on me I really need help with this I’ve sent emails I’ve been calling since last week and no one is helpful
