Shipped $200.00 pair sunglasses which were delivered to the wrong address. Went back to this location to see if they could help with the claim. I received a "sorry can't help you!".

3/14/25 Mon 6p: Came in to renew my passport bc I heard it was faster than the post office; I explained that I was in a hurry to renew it. On the kiosk it said there was a $211.36 government fee on top of the passport fee. I asked the older employee about this and he said it may apply but he wasn't sure, and that they don't have information on pricing (??).
