was a line and had no clue about the self checkout till the employee came over and told me. saved me the hassle. very polite

I had an issue with a print job and Isabelle stepped in and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on how to fix the issue.
Absolutely ridiculous... at home medical test completed and dropped off at this fedex, to be overnighted to the lab directly.... NINE DAYS LATER it gets there and the results are not valid of course as it has been too long. Fedex never updated their tracking so was never able to track the package until after the full 9 days had passed
Thanks to Zachary for helping me with an important FedEx package. My home printer did a terrible job printing the label. He had me email the label then printed & ready to ship within a few minutes. Appreciate the quick thinking & resolution.
