Well the day before I attempted to mail a package out from this same place ,but I was unable to do so because of technical difficulties from a third party of course...so this time there was no issues or problems from anyone or anything making my experience good enough to give a solid five star rating for real...
The lady’s there were not helpful at all and helped other customers who had came in after me instead. Printing at staples was a lot easier and faster
Both times I've been here, they literally went out of their way to ignore me. This last time, I stood around being ignored, then as soon as someone else came in, they jumped right on her. Told them nicely "Excuse me, I've been waiting here too" and the ONLY response I got was a dirty look, then they went right back to ignoring me. Went to UPS across the street and was treated like a king and got my package shipped out in no time flat. This place is pathetic!
