I use fed ex for almost everything, this specific location is the worst. I dropped off an express package before pick up time and it’s the next day and still haven’t been scanned in or updated. The policy states that if it’s not delivered by the guarantee date that they will make up for it and it’s a complete lie. I’ve been using this FedEx location for years without issue, but my last few visits have been disappointing. I arrived at 6:54 PM to pick up an order I had emailed over. I had also followed up that email with an additional print request. When I came in, the staff recognized me and were very kind at first. But when I realized the second file hadn’t been printed and mentioned it, their attitude changed. I came in having a horrible day and I got overwhelmed with instructions, and I burst out crying. These are the times that really strain those who are sensitive and care too much. Anyway, the staff all came and gave me a hug and then helped me with my shipping problem. You dont find nice folks, like those folks, at other service places. Ill never forget it, thank you. Kindness to strangers is something you dont find much any more so thank you again.

A posted note in the window telling customers they’re on a lunch break and will be back at 3pm is not appropriate, especially when the “Open” sign is clearly flashing that the store is open. Corporate needs to seriously consider a team to come in and revamp this store because they’re paying for employees who are never there.
