March 31st around 1 pm I went in and was the only customer, 1 employee on the phone, and the women who was on shift at that time… literally laughed at me for trying to get her to do her job “being on break” isn’t an excuse to laugh at customers trying to get any sort of service
I was looking everywhere to try and talked to several printing stores in DFW to help me print my wedding invitations on paper I already had. I originally was just going to give up but saw this location was not far from another printing shop I tried. I spoke with the locations manager David and told him my situation. He said he was leaving at 5 but if I could get here in 20 minutes he would try and help (Luckily I was 3 minutes away and it was 4:30). David is the store manager and he is absolutely awesome! He has helped me multiple times with getting things printed (sometimes is a rush!) and is always nice and helpful!
