I stopped by at 1:35 on a Saturday, and there was a sign out front that said "a team member is at lunch." The sign had a time on it that was hard to read. We ran another errand and came back at 1:50 to wait. A team member came outside a few minutes later and wrote a new time on the paper; she updated it to 3:00 pm and locked the door again. I'm unexpectedly disappointed that I couldn't use your services on a Saturday afternoon.
Unbelievable rude staff. Thankful I don't use FedEx often.
Staff name Mr. Michael helped me from start till end , right from creating international Fedex account to shipping it. He is very experienced and kindest ever staff member. I really appreciate him helping me out. Way to go Mr. Michael, keep it up 👍
