Brought an Apple iPhone to this location to return to Apple. Seemed easy to drop it off. But it never shipped. FedEx says the tracking is invalid so be careful if you drop something off of value might be some theft or gross impotence going on. I lost $400 and a lot of trust in FedEx and Apple for making them my only option. And this should be no stars but Google says I have to be at least 1…

Don't know the guy's name but it says assistant manager on his badge very rude very careless and was not careful with my packages that I needed to send to my friends that guy should either be demoted or fired!
