I came in and there were 2 nice lady’s standing in the front desk, I asked if someone could help me with a big heavy box and the lady that was helping me said yes, she called the guy(I do not remember his name) and the guy in the backs said that he could not help me which mind you he was not doing anything he was just standing in the back. The front desk guy's attitude is so rude. I just asked about the boxes size but it feels like I own him money!! Wth????
Ms. Doris provided outstanding service! She helped me find the cheapest way to ship my package and was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend this location thanks to her!
Lora really helped us out and the other employees were just as friendly. Fedex is lucky to have her as a member for 20 years, she definitely is the mvp. Thanks Lora!
