Don't know the guy's name but it says assistant manager on his badge very rude very careless and was not careful with my packages that I needed to send to my friends that guy should either be demoted or fired!
This review isn’t about the staff. The Print&Go service isn’t print and go. I wasted 15 minutes of my life waiting to receive a code and it never came.
Two of the rudest old employees I’ve ever met! They shouldn’t be working in customer service
This morning there was one guy working. I patiently waited for him to finish helping another customer. This guy was not friendly or helpful. Very short with words, not nice at all, I did not even finish with what I came for. I will just visit another location. Rude people make me uncomfortable.
