The man at the front desk was rude, seemed like an inconvenience for him to do his job. He looked like he hates his job to me.
I was in a bind with an urgent need for a large banner for a charity event. I had ordered from another well-known printing chain, but found out at 4 PM on a Thursday that they weren't able to complete it. My event was at 7 AM the next morning, so I started calling every printshop nearby to beg for help and luckily a nice lady at this location picked up. Bad services Closed the doors before closing time
Some blonde lady tried to help me but we were waiting for the return label to print. Damir stepped in when I mentioned I also had a QR code and got me in and out way faster. Great job Damir!
