I just want to say th we Service was Exceptional, there were two Women.that helped me on 9/6. I didn't have their names but they did great Teamwork and made sure my packages were packed , labeled fragile and found the best price for shipping. Super Grateful for their Service. They make Fed Ex look Great

Guy at the counter told me twice they don’t ship ground for small boxes. And repeatedly gave me incorrect information and wasted my time

I was here 601pm. I understand they closed and both doors are locked already. But customers are still at the counter. And another at the copier machine. They would not let me drop off 2 pieces with prepaid label.

Just had an incredible experience at the Reston FedEx location. I had put together a custom frame and prints for a neighbor of mine whose husband had recently passed and the original print I received did not fit into the frame. I came back and asked if they could reprint or if I could return. Alicia went above the call of duty to handle my request in that moment and get it all squared away for me within 10 minutes. It was so very heartwarming to be around people who are good at what they do and also care about personal needs... read more
