This location has employees that are very capable and trustworthy if you want to have something shipped to an office instead of your home. I highly recommend them!
Only 1 employee working prime hours. Waited 10 minutes in line to mail a prepaid package and left without help
Poor experience first you walk in asked help, you have questions and how?!!! None of these body language reactions and voice of tone help customers not vibes the employee management and other employees not there to help customers service. Poor services need more and more feedback how they can improve customer service satisfaction.
Unfortunately have had multiple bad experiences here.. employees are typically unfriendly or straight out rude. And the fact that FedEx demands to buy a bag that is not an “express “ bag in order to make a return is absolutely ridiculous and must be illegal! This feels like a money robbery in the plain daylight!
Staff tried to SCAM me by telling me I have to buy their laptop box to ship a laptop. The laptop was in a box with padding on the inside and padding on the outside that just needed some tape to close the top. They still said I had to pay $26 for a laptop box. Went to the sunrise valley location 5 minutes away and they took it without question, what a joke this location is.
