Went in to print a document. Lady said email it to her and she would print it. Saw her talking to other guy in store. The guy just looked at me waiting and finally said she's working on it. After 15 minutes of lack of communication and just waiting i left. 20 minutes to print an email?!!!!!!
Everyone was super helpful and kind. Printing was quick, easy, and affordable
The staff is eager to leave by 7 PM and stops accepting any packages as early as 6:40 PM. Their service is poor, and they discourage you from using their trolleys, even though they offer this service.
Gave up on trying to give them my business. The printed documents order form on their website crashed every time I tried to use it (wouldn't load locations, no payment button, error messages). Tried to call in the order and couldn't get a live human and was hung up on by the phone triage. Take your business elsewhere. It's too much of a hassle to do business with them. It's actually, I think, impossible.
11/8/24 @ 6:27 pm. You all have the rudest person working. No sense of customer service or even human decency. Find another job if you don't like the one you have.
