The service changed Depending of the employee is the service. In my case Friday very morning I needed it to print a document and I found this location was open at 7:30 am ! The miss that helped me was kind and available to speak in spanish and solve all my doubts She help me to print 2 documents that I need to take to San Diego
I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I was under a lot of stress and had to get a printed copy of a report ASAP to give to the local CHP. I also had a crying six month old daughter in my arms. Rose and Anna were extremely helpful and very friendly. They helped me feel at ease and welcome and even distracted my baby as I tried to send my email attachment to the printer. Even after attempting several times it didn’t work. Went in to print a document. Lady said email it to her and she would print it. Saw her talking to other guy in store. The guy just looked at me waiting and finally said she's working on it. After 15 minutes of lack of communication and just waiting i left. 20 minutes to print an email?!!!!!!
Everyone was super helpful and kind. Printing was quick, easy, and affordable
