Staff just closes the gate whenever they feel like it...nuts!
Jaylen was phenomenal! His customer service is untouchable!!! I came from the other FedEx location (just a few minutes from this location) and was so upset by the nasty customer service I experienced. I walked out and decided to try another location and I'm so glad I did. I was ready to boycott FedEx entirely and move the company's shipping services to UPS but Jaylen was so kind. If you're reading this do NOT go to 310 Paramount Dr. Go to the FedEx in the Walmart on 36 Paramount Dr. Jaylen and Chris were great!
