I just want to give a huge shout-out to Maria, the manager at the Chino FedEx location. She went absolutely above and beyond on a last-minute project for my catering event. Not only did she give me some fantastic ideas that made the menu board turn out perfectly, but she also got everything done in just a few hours. Her outstanding customer service really made a difference, and I can’t thank her enough!

**⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star)** I placed a simple print order online and received an email confirmation, but I didn’t realize until I arrived at the store that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day at noon. That part was my misunderstanding and I completely understand that the location was busy and backed up. What was most frustrating, though, was the in-store experience. I came to FedEx office the one in Chino, California at first the ladies were not so nice, but then luis appeared. He was very polite, very friendly and willing to help me. It was kind of difficult to me for printing some papers so he was really nice. He was the only one really nice with me. . . Thank you Luis. very good . 👋
