Dear FedEx Owner, I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding my experience at your store today. It was my first — and unfortunately, my last — visit. When I entered the store, your employee, Todd, did not greet me or ask if I needed assistance. Instead, he rudely said, “What do you want?” I was shocked by this level of disrespect. I had such an odd experience. I traveled an extra 15 minutes to this store because I remembered them being kind and helpful a year or so ago. When I went yesterday, I had a horrible experience. The person who helped me had the goal of trying to make me feel like an idiot every step of the way as we set up an account for an overnight shipment with a return envelope. This location in Plymouth meeting is very helpful. You do have to take a U-turn if you are going north and be on the lookout for a Starbucks next to it in case if you’re looking for a coffee after by far one of the more helpful FedEx locations they have lots of extra FedEx stuff that you might be looking for.
