I recently visited this location to complete my annual project. I usually go to Ardmore, but their cutting machine was out of order. In a bit of a panic, I called the Plymouth Meeting location, and Alex, who answered the phone, told me to come right in. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy, and Alex greeted me right away with a smile. Dear FedEx Owner, I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding my experience at your store today. It was my first — and unfortunately, my last — visit. When I entered the store, your employee, Todd, did not greet me or ask if I needed assistance. Instead, he rudely said, “What do you want?” I was shocked by this level of disrespect.
