The Legacy West location came through when the Plano store on Park Blvd said they could not print my order because it would take them 3 hours to convert a JPEG file to PDF. One hour before store closed and Autumn went above and beyond to get my order completed. Exceptional customer service from Autumn!! Thank you!!!
Alex and his team were great to work with. You don’t always get great customer service at FedEx stores, but this group is top notch!
I needed a digital passport photo and had stopped at a CVS and the guy was very rude and said they didn’t turn out. I called this FedEx because it also said it offered passport photos and the woman said yes and even asked what country it was for. I went there and was out with my digital photos in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this location.
Dropped off some items. Had a wonderful experience. Helpful and KIND!! I normally go to the one off of 121 and Main St and they have the worst customer service. This will be my new goto FedEx location.
What an customer experience. Autumn was the associate who helped me. I went to her stating that i couldn't print a shipping label from my online account. She immediately jumped to problem solve and helped me out. She can easily say thats not my expertise like the other store did to me. But she chose empathy instead, such an experience to lighten a day for me.
