In a time of grief, Derrick and the FedEx Pflugerville team went above and beyond. They prepared my uncle’s memorial photo swiftly, adjusted the frame without hesitation, and showed true compassion. I’m deeply grateful.
This location is inside a Walmart and that makes it super convenient. But the best thing about the location isnt convenience, it’s Derrick! I wondered in this passing Wednesday morning at 9:00am and he was already crazy busy. However he expertly bounced around the small space with ease and efficiency. He was very friendly and while we waited for my email to come to his particular address to be printed he engaged in some light dialogue and even laughed at a couple of my jokes. The line was quite long and had one person managing the store during my visit. Despite that, the gentlemen working on November 25 was incredibly kind and attentive to each customer! Truly appreciated the help and patience (especially shipping for the first time through FedEx)
