The line was quite long and had one person managing the store during my visit. Despite that, the gentlemen working on November 25 was incredibly kind and attentive to each customer! Truly appreciated the help and patience (especially shipping for the first time through FedEx)
Terrible. Understaffed and rude employees. Needs new management.
Went to ship on Saturday at 11AM and they were closed. Update your hours!!
They were extremely polite and helpful in processing a return for me. Despite arriving frustrated due to the return process itself, I left feeling relieved and very happy with the service. Will definitely be coming back for my shipping and printing needs!
