TERRIBLE LOCATION! Went in on Thursday 9/11/25 to ship a package that was time sensitive and the employee on duty decided to lie and say they had a “power surge” but that I could leave the item to be scanned in once the system resumed. I followed up on my tracking the next day and it had not been scanned in and STILL HAS NOT BEEN SCANNED IN AS OF TODAY which is after the deadline for the item to have been shipped.
