Gregory did an incredible job on printing my invites - 13/10 STUNNING. Chelsea gave incredible customer service and helped me with a multitude of things that I should’ve come more prepared for. Couldn’t recommend this place more ♥️ Canva wanted to charge me a million dollars for something I designed which is so lame. FedEx printing saved the day as always *chefs kiss*
I had an expensive package shipped to this location because I wouldn’t be home to sign for it, and it was quite unique and valuable. I also didn’t want it sitting outside all day. The large retailer I purchased from said that this location was in their records as a location they do business with. I went on FedEx’s website, and got the maximum dimensions and weight excepted for this location. In side walmart
Drove 40 minutes to pick up my package that was supposedly being held at this location… Only to be told that they do not have my package.. And I had to drive an hour north to a different location to pick up. Terrible customer service , This company continues to fail me over and over again. Companies should really stop using FedEx to ship packages
