Their logic during the Christmas rush is that people with printing services need to wait in the line going out the door for shipping services. Horrible customer service logic from the guy with the ponytail. If you need business services during the holiday, don’t go here. They had 3 people working and have a desk that says printing service and shipping service but we all stand in one line. You’re never on time, stuff always shows up damaged, and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone and your automated system doesn’t work for anything. You miss delivery times all the time just for the stuff to show up broken.
Said it hey tried to deliver at 837pm. Lie I was home and nobody came to my house. Attempted 3 times at same time in the middle of the week. Process the fact people work so try a different time. If I sign for it. Leave it there! Awful service!
