You’re never on time, stuff always shows up damaged, and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone and your automated system doesn’t work for anything. You miss delivery times all the time just for the stuff to show up broken.
Said it hey tried to deliver at 837pm. Lie I was home and nobody came to my house. Attempted 3 times at same time in the middle of the week. Process the fact people work so try a different time. If I sign for it. Leave it there! Awful service!
They are always quick and helpful!
Jason was super helpful and patient when it came to getting my label printed, which the computer was having trouble with. All the while he also assisted other customers, never missing a beat while he multitasked.
