I use this Fed Ex office a lot and it has always had outstanding customer service. Last week, I was at the office for over 2 hours doing some print reductions of some housing plans and was able to over hear all the staffs interactions. I was so impressed with their general customer service, how they all went above and beyond their specific roles, and just so pleasant to everyone. The two staff members were Delaney and JC. This is by far the best FedEx office store I have ever been. JC and Delaney are amazing to work with and so helpful. I come here a lot to get things printed and they are always extremely helpful, time conscious and friendly. I have tried to get things done at many of the other stores around Denver and it never goes as smoothly or even close to the same customer experience. I would give them more than 5 stars if it was an option!!!
To the arrogant lady who said brb and didn’t show up even after 10 mins - take this 1 star and your arrogance to hell!
Their logic during the Christmas rush is that people with printing services need to wait in the line going out the door for shipping services. Horrible customer service logic from the guy with the ponytail. If you need business services during the holiday, don’t go here. They had 3 people working and have a desk that says printing service and shipping service but we all stand in one line. You’re never on time, stuff always shows up damaged, and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone and your automated system doesn’t work for anything. You miss delivery times all the time just for the stuff to show up broken.
