As Grace flipped over the open sign to closed, I come walking up after a long day of work to grab a package I keep on missing for signature. Being in the customer service environment, I can't say how grateful I am for her and allowing me to pick up something important. Thanks Grace for doing that for me.
I use this Fed Ex office a lot and it has always had outstanding customer service. Last week, I was at the office for over 2 hours doing some print reductions of some housing plans and was able to over hear all the staffs interactions. I was so impressed with their general customer service, how they all went above and beyond their specific roles, and just so pleasant to everyone. The two staff members were Delaney and JC.
