Dropped off a package for delivery on a Monday and was told it would get there in two days. The package didn’t arrive til the following Monday. I called customer service three times and they all lied about why it was late. I gave the employee the address that was written down and he messed up entering in the info. The package ends up being late and customer service didn’t tell me why until I confronted them about it. Tried to get a refund but because it’s not priority, they said they couldn’t do anything. Was in a pinch on printing out a real estate presentation. Had some problems with finalizing so had no time on the back end. Called a couple “office stores “ and got a standard “no go” until later the next day. Called this Kinkos and spoke to an employees that said even though they were the only one in store they would see what they could do.
