I do business at the Oxnard store on a regular basis, and the employees have always been professional, helpful, and kind!!
Rodrigo was super helpful and communicative. He was knowledgeable and had professional communication skills making me feel so at ease when mailing my package as I was confused on how to do it. I'd definitely come back here for assistance and mailing.
Karla ( Asian lady ) was being really difficult. I brought a box for my product and it had a little tear on the side. She said it had to be a perfect box with no tear. Did not want to let me borrow the tape to fix the box. Luckily I had tape in the car and I went back in and the other guy helped me in 3 seconds. Took the box no problem. Karla has a power trip .
