Really poor service. The trip here was a complete waste of time
Please teach your employees to handle prints with more care. The last two times I’ve had flyers printed here, they’ve come back with creases from someone gripping the papers too tightly. Customers aren’t just paying for the paper — we’re also paying for the final presentation. It’s disappointing that this isn’t considered basic knowledge, especially since even high-quality, more expensive paper will crease if handled improperly.
I would have given it five stars had it not been for one small issue that might’ve created major damage. I went to ship my Passport for visa stamping and needed to provide both ways courier. The embassy suggested using Fedex padded envelope with bubbles inside, so that passport would not be harmed. I went there and Adam was helpful. I had not printed any label beforehand and provided him with my address and place to ship and mentioned the purpose. Although I am a regular customer at FedEx, specifically at this branch, this did not help me. When I went today to print some documents, the treatment was very bad. They forced me to cancel the payment process with the credit card and forcefully stopped me from printing, even though the printing of the documents was almost finished. There was an employee and an employee who cooperated in expelling me from the FedEx branch, with a lot of disrespect and treating me with contempt.
