Efficient, friendly, but obscenely expensive
My gosh, did the manager, Stephanie save me big time! Outstanding customer service!! I sent a print order via FedEx and somehow, the wires got crossed and it got sent to a location all the way across the country! I was in a pinch and she truly went out of her way to not just connect with the store in question, but also expedited the job! I made it just in time to my event with the print outs I needed! I appreciate them so much for them going through all the trouble to help me out!
I love this place!! I email a pdf to them with what pages I want printed and how I want it printed and they do it. Their color print quality is absolutely the best! Their paper quality is top notch! They are friendly, helpful and so easy to work with. They make my job easier.
