I sent a big print order to the wrong address and the package ended up at this Fedex location instead of Columbus, Ohio! I was mortified at my mistake and worried my boss would find out but Adam swooped in and saved the day. He was so patient and made sure my package was sent for delivery to the correct address. I followed up a couple days later and Adam had the day off but Melissa came to my rescue and tracked down the tracking and made sure I had all the correct info. Thank you to such a delightful staff! Made my day!

Stephanie is an amazing person. She knows what she has and how to solve the problem of difference and moves fast. I took half of my day driving all around Kansas to find the paper I needed and Stephanie solved in a second. I wish I stopped by much earlier.

Please teach your employees to handle prints with more care. The last two times I’ve had flyers printed here, they’ve come back with creases from someone gripping the papers too tightly. Customers aren’t just paying for the paper — we’re also paying for the final presentation. It’s disappointing that this isn’t considered basic knowledge, especially since even high-quality, more expensive paper will crease if handled improperly.
