When I walked into the store, the manager Tommy greeted me with a smile and a welcoming personality. I wasn't sure how I was going to ship my item; I had never done this before. Tommy was very informative on the options that were available to me to keep my item safe and ensure it got to its destination on time. I didn't feel demeaned or stupid for my lack of experience.
