I use this Fedex office frequently and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
Solona is the ONLY reason why my husband and I ship out of this location. Solona deserves a RAISE after the all of the crap she has gone through in this store. She had a line stemming 10 other customers waiting to ship out and not once did she show any frustration or an eye roll like the other lady who works at this location. Solona never closes early unlike the other lady who closed 25 minutes early last month and caused us to a huge headache.
Andrea, the store manager, is absolutely amazing. I had some critically important legal and medical documents to be scanned, emailed, with hard copies shipped overnight to various locations. She helped me with everything, concurrently assisting other customers as well. She was meticulous in her care in scanning the documents, some of which were bent and had been stapled, making them difficult to scan. Andrea took great care. Lady helping me was rude and condescending. I had hoped to add insurance to a pre purchased label (through eBay) I haven’t shipped anything worth over $100 before, so I didn’t know you couldn’t simply pay extra to add it. The lady seemed to get upset and became condescending from me simply asking how I could add more. The package was also delicate, and I had hoped to buy filler, such as bubble wrap. The filler was paper, which was fine, but I wanted to pack it, because I was responsible for the way it was packaged. I also wa... read more
