Great supportive staff and printing and shipping options.
I had a great experience at FedEx today! I needed help printing something that involved a QR code, and it wasn’t exactly a typical request. Heidi was extremely helpful, patient, and went out of her way to help me figure everything out and get it printed correctly. I really appreciated her willingness to help instead of just telling me it couldn’t be done. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the whole process quick and easy. Thank you, Heidi!
