Hedi & Tiffany and the whole staff , they know their stuff , I am now exclusively printing with them in person since they know what they are doing . I wait maybe 25 seconds to 30 seconds before being attended if there is no line maybe 1-2 mins with line . They work extremely fast ! Here for prints and out the door with FINE CLEAR CRISP ACCURATE size paper/print I asked for !
I came in needing assistance with a printing project and Latasha (Store #2032) was extremely helpful in assisting me with different paper options to get it done. She provided multiple quotes, explained the differences between each kind of paper and was very personable and kind. Her positive attitude was memorable and I truly appreciated her going the extra mile to lay those options out for ensuring a great printing job within budget.
Was supposed to have a package delivered on 7/18 but the courier delivered the package to the wrong address. Was signed by someone named Alexander. Called customer service and they are working on locating it but I can't begin to explain how frustrating this is.
My package said it would be delivered today 6/19 between 10:20a-2:20p, yet it did not arrive during that time period. As well, there have been no updates. When I called customer service, they told me they did not have any updates except that if it would not be delivered today, then it would be delivered on another day. This, I might add is not an update.
