My package said it would be delivered today 6/19 between 10:20a-2:20p, yet it did not arrive during that time period. As well, there have been no updates. When I called customer service, they told me they did not have any updates except that if it would not be delivered today, then it would be delivered on another day. This, I might add is not an update.
Continues to ship my packages to an old address despite putting in various complaints, and escalations through customer service
Stopping in today to print a document because I was in the area. I encountered Mae and Tiffany like other reviews there was no acknowledgement when I walked in they kept talking I said hello…needing help with printing was also given email address and told to stand outside I said mam I have the best phone service it will send. Code email came I still had questions they didn’t want to come help I had to say this is your job they laughed. I called Corporate Fedex and filed a complaint 1-800-463-3339. Horrible service
Fedex ground in Norcross Ga is the worst office to have your packages delivered from. For more than 3yrs we have had packages not delivered to our house. We place an order with a shipper who sends the package. The package makes it through the process until it gets to Norcross Ga distribution center where it goes out on a truck and dissappears but they say it was delivered and shows a picture of someone else's door! We call the 800 number and whatever local numbers we can find to get assistance but every time we get the same ... read more
