Encountered Very rude staffer (chubby with a beard) around 2pm. Not a customer in sight and was not welcoming. When I asked for help because I spoke very little English his demeanor changed and had a very nasty attitude.
Being a FedEx office, you would think that they know what to do with the package. I want to drop off a package with the lithium battery and they gave me an address which is one hour away to drop it off. When I went there, they said these packages cannot be dropped. It needs to be scheduled pick up so they did not take it. I usually don’t write reviews. I’m writing this review so that at least other peoples will know if they have any package with a big lithium battery, it cannot be dropped off at FedEx and it needs a differen... read more
My observation: ————————- 1. They help me if something is wrong with my shipping package. 2. I can blindly trust that my shipping packages are safe. 3. I have always gotten great service here for YEARS!!
If you ever need to ship something, use UPS and if you have to use FedEX go to a different location. Place is terrible, won't help, worker was rude n refused to take a package the weekend before Christmas. UPS tho helped took my packages and guarantee they would arrive on time. Will never go to this shop again!
They get things done quickly and correctly!
