I have paid for shipments to be delivered by 10:30 AM and yet My packages are not being delivered By that time… There have been multiple occasions where I have paid over $40 for my package to be delivered by 10:30 the next morning and when I check the tracking, it’s never delivered by that time… I have tried going to this location and speaking to a manager, who is never there. Today I went to FedEx to mail an important document to California. I asked the employee which option was more economical. She suggested a 2-day shipping option. I added a signature required option. The employee was friendly and polite, and the price was reasonable.
