Apparently have started charging by the minute to use the computers even to just print something. Comes across as very scammy with it doing ridiculous things that take up time. Spent half the time doing multiple unnecessary captchas to prove I'm not a robot just to access Google. Ended up costing $10 to print only one page. I think I'll be better off buying a printer at this point.

Horrible customer service and rude employees. Waited at the counter that said drop packages here only to be told 10 minutes later that we only have one line. Remove your signage then if you don't want people to wait at the wrong area. Definitely not coming back. UPS store right down the street where they know how to treat customers.

First time in here to print off some advertising signage. They were very helpful and when I realized that I accidentally spelled something wrong on one of the prints, they just said I could go home and fix it, email it again and they just printed off the correct version again for free! Thanks guys!
