Awesome customer service
Tried to con a customer for a quick drop off. I had a Walmart item that needs to be returned; Walmart says no label is needs, just bring back the item in original box. So I did. When I brought the item here, they said I have to use 'blank box' to return the item which can be purchased here if I don't have one. I have returned items here a few times here before, but this was the first time they asked for it; trying to pitch a quick box sale. I've shipped quite a few times from this store, and the staff is always incredibly helpful. I'm usually shipping items of artistic and emotional value that it's hard to put a price on, but which would result in extreme disappointment if they didn't arrive in perfect condition.
