Don't go to this FedEx place. The employees Dont want to work. Given hard time to every single person in the store for no reason.
I went to pick up many large boxes that were being held at this Federal Express location in Syosset and the employees there were so nice and helpful. Nicole and Malik were awesome - they loaded 10 large boxes into my suv for me. I had to make a few trips because the boxes were bulky, and every time I returned they were eager to assist me. I can’t thank them enough for their help today.
I love this place as an alternative to Syosset UPS or driving down to Staples. Its convenient and they carry some convenient office supplies. When out of paper ...had it at normal pricing. Staff always super pleasant and helpful. Not crazy busy because in a quieter strip but a good stop off and reliable.
I had to print a last minute rush order for a corporate event last week- Josh was absolutely amazing! Not only did he get me my prints in time (which were difficult as they required lots of cutting), he was professional, communicative, and made a stressful process totally smooth- even as the store was getting a new printer! Customer service at this location is outstanding, and I am so grateful! Thanks Josh and team!
