I purchased a ceramic washbasin from China for business use and shipped it via FedEx. The washbasin broke three times, severely impacting our business. They repeatedly called to shirk responsibility and told me to contact China directly. As a result, the shipment was transferred to FedEx in the US, forcing me to pay for shipping and the goods three times over. This company should go bankrupt. They have caused inconvenience and suffering to people. I want the whole world to know that this company has absolutely no integrity.

If you need a package expedited or even shipped at a pace faster than snail back do not drop off your package off at this store. It will be held up for sure. This drop off location is hopeless and unreliable. Long lines. They say if you don’t want to wait on line there is a quick drop. DON’T USE THE QUICK DROP! Your package will remain there for days before it is shipped.

Don't go to this FedEx place. The employees Dont want to work. Given hard time to every single person in the store for no reason.

I went to pick up many large boxes that were being held at this Federal Express location in Syosset and the employees there were so nice and helpful. Nicole and Malik were awesome - they loaded 10 large boxes into my suv for me. I had to make a few trips because the boxes were bulky, and every time I returned they were eager to assist me. I can’t thank them enough for their help today.
