The manager had like 4 people she was helping all at once. She was patient and not angry or flustered. My stuff wasnt ready and she pointed me in the right direction. And instead of going home and trying again we got it taken care of. Thanks sue!
I drop packages off regularly at several FedEx Office stores for our business. This is the only location I have been to that wasn't remotely helpful, professional or polite. I haven't dealt with any of the other staff, but the only two times I've been here I was unlucky enough to have to deal with the manager. She was rude, dismissive and unhelpful.
