I’ve been calling customer service and I keep getting hung up on because I’m disputing an invoice that was ALREADY PAID FOR
now that I’ve seen the other of review, I’m not so surprised, but I wasn’t allowed to pick up a package because I didn’t have the proper documentation and she let me know what would be in the email. Well this is what I see on the tracking and what was in the email that I need my government issued ID that’s it. It didn’t say anything about any addresses or anything specific……. But I’m not allowed to pick it up still because I don’t have the proper documentation so I’m confused and an annoyed that I wasted my time for nothing.
David was very kind and patient with me. It was my first time experiencing this office, and thanks to his help, it was a very easy and enjoyable experience for me. DAVID THANKS Bro.
Incredible, September 09, 2025. I have been waiting since 8:50am and it is 9:30am an they haven't open, since I have seen 7 customers counting me leave because no one came to open this store, how disappointing
