Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
My experience at the FedEx store at 1010 East 2100 South was exceptional! Dominic was fantastic. She was extremely kind and helpful! Dominic went above and beyond normal service! She was extremely patient and very thorough. During the time that I was there I also saw how well she worked with other customers and the rest of the staff!
Everyone here is so helpful. I came in to use their printers to get some things printed for my wedding. I printed my menus, name tags, room signs, and all kinds of other signage here. Miguel helped me get everything printed on different kinds of paper and everyting came out looking incredible. He went out of his way to help me and was making genuine conversation with me while things printed out. A bunch of rude kids run this store. Kinda crazy that so many other people have the same reviews but nothing has changed. I had a problem I was trying to solve regarding FedEx Shipping And Receiving. I was dismissed and sent away. I came back to ask for help again and had to demand courtesy and a simple service that is in the scope of their job.
Amazing service. Dominic went above and beyond to help me. So happy I came to this store.
