Totally useless. I had a huge rug to send back… packed it appropriately.. had the shipping label on my phone… clerk would not print it… said she just worked there… company did not give me a QR code… she said I needed to go to fed ex website to send the label to myself then print it… she was insane as I had the label there… I can’t believe how bad she was… literally trying hard not to help me. Stay clear of this location.
Update your hours. It says they open at 8. Arrived at 8:30 still closed with no signs of opening. Have no idea what their opening time is based on their sign or website which all say 8am.

Unable in the year 2025 to give a quote even though you have exact dimensions and weight for a package to ship with both ZIP Codes.
